Job Summary
A service representative will be responsible for occasionally answering phones and the pickup and delivery of customers.
Specific JobRelated Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refers them to someone who can.
- Answers incoming telephone calls and provides backup to reception.
- Assist customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly professional and efficient manner
General Company Related Duties and Responsibilities
- Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards.
- Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
- Strong Computer & Phone Skills
- Experience with automotive software preferred
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Selfmotivated goal oriented and ability to work within a fastpaced environment
- Current valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
