Compensation
- Yearly Salary $48235.20
- Parttime and fulltime positions available.
- Fulltime positions work 40 hours per week 52 weeks per year.
- Compensation for time and mileage occurs based on the reimbursement policy.
About the Program
CenClears Maintaining Strengths Program (MSP) was developed to keep families together and is usually a step down from FamilyBased Mental Health but can also be used as a step up from Intensive Behavioral Health or Outpatient Services. MSP provides child and family centered therapeutic services by addressing the presenting concerns related to the referred child and plays a crucial role in supporting the wellbeing of the family. The referred child can be aged 5 to 21 years old and serves can take place in the home school or a community setting. MSP uses the strengthbased and traumainformed family therapeutic model Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy.

Qualifications
- Pennsylvania (PA) licensure as a psychologist professional counselor marriage and family therapist or clinical social worker OR
- PA licensure as a social worker or a behavior specialist and have a masters degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university OR
- Have a minimum of 1 year of fulltime experience in providing mental health direct services to children youth or young adults and a masters degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology social work or counseling from an accredited college or university OR
- Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a masters degree with a least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology social work education counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Must obtain PA Criminal Record Child Abuse History Check FBI Clearance and Mandated Reporting Certificate

Responsibilities
- Provide highquality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with members of the treatment team
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each client
- Conduct therapy sessions that reflect the individualized treatment plan
- Maintain contact with various schools and community agencies to support service delivery
- Meet supervision training and documentation requirements of the position
- Direct Clinical Therapy
- Meets with each family a minimum of 2 home visit per week and carries a caseload of a maximum of 10 families.
- Provides therapy sessions that reflect individualized treatment plans and follows the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model.
- Provides any type of therapy in a professional code of ethic.
- Provides all therapy that is inclusive to clients and their families.
- Case Management
- Maintains contact with various schools and community agencies that would be beneficial in delivery of services.
- Schedules interagency meetings as needed.
- Makes appropriate referrals to other services and/or agencies as needed.
- Connects families with community and natural supports to decrease service dependency.
- Documentation/Administration
- Maintains updated medical records as specified by state regulations (i.e. assessments treatment plans discharge paperwork progress notes encounter forms genogram psychosocial systemic timeline etc..
- Completes documentation of billable and nonbillable job duties time sheets and other billable tracking forms.
- Schedules needed appointments for a minimum of 2 visits per week.
- Submits daily/weekly schedules.
- Tracks authorizations for each client and maintains awareness of units billed versus units authorized for each client.
- Personal Development
- Obtain and maintain a Behavior Specialist License (BSL) if you do not have it at the timeyou are hired
- Attends Western Psychiatric Institute & Clinic trainings from September through June for three years.
- Maintains biweekly supervisions with MSP Director
- Attends monthly staff meetings with MSP Director.
- Attends inhouse trainings as offered.
