Job Description
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects focusing on retrofit and residential developments.
- Design and analyze HVAC plumbing and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for retrofit projects.
- Collaborate with architects contractors and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience designing building systems
- Assist with technical audits and litigation cases
- Capable of writing technical engineering reports
- Detailed understanding of building systems
- University degree or College diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Highly motivated selfstarter with an attention to detail is a must
