JOB TITLE: MARKETING MANAGER Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced passionate and energetic Marketing Manager to join our team at Kotak811. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition crosssell engagement and loyalty that drives business growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management within the financial industry with proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns conducting consumer research and planning and executing events. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and anchor implementation of digital brand marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition across paid owned and earned digital channels Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop marketing campaigns to drive cross sell engagement and loyalty. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure maximum impact. Oversee the development of all brand assets including advertising promotional materials and digital content. Manage the planning and of sales events that align with the brands identity and values. Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences trends and opportunities to improve brand perception and engagement. Act as a custodian for the brand/ creative assets and development process. Manage the brands budget ensuring all activities are costeffective and within budget. Develop relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams agencies partners and customers. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: Masters degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management preferably within the financial industry. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms. Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing strategies. Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
