We are looking for a dedicated Research Support Specialist to join our innovative research team focused on vision restoration. Our team employs cuttingedge bioinformatics and machine learning techniques to advance this critical field. As a Research Support Specialist you will be an essential part of our mission working closely with a diverse group of researchers including undergraduate students graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forwardthinking research environment. Your work will support our broader goal of translating complex neural data into practical applications that can predict and recreate visual experiences. Join us in making significant strides in vision science and improving therapeutic interventions for those with visual impairments.
Bachelors degree in Neuroscience Biology Chemistry or a related field and at least 1 year of laboratory experience required preferably in a research setting. Ability to maintain detailed and organized laboratory records. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential to manage these various laboratory tasks effectively.
Experience working with mice is preferred but not required.
Monday Friday; Some evening or weekend hours may be required
