Job Description
- Assist the commercial sales team with paperwork invoicing and inventory management
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and upfitting needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and fleet accounts
- Communicate with vendors finance departments and customers
- Support daytoday administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Prior experience in automotive sales administration or a related field preferred
- Strong multitasking and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tekion DMS/CRM (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
