This role could be perfect for you if you work best in a teamoriented dynamic work environment and are willing to adapt throughout the developmental stages of this new startup facility. This means we need your creativity flexibility collaboration and passion to help develop and deliver high quality patientcentered care.
What youll be doing:
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct health care services to patients presenting with a wide variety of complex addictions and mental health issues. Working within scope of practice you will perform physical addiction and mental status assessments; refer patients to the physician for further examination; and administer prescribed treatments and medications. You will observe monitor evaluate and document patient progress symptoms and behavioural changes and perform a variety of health care interventions. Youll also provide counselling education and support using a motivational and health promotion approach and work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team the patient the family and the community.

Homewood Health promotes a fair and competitive compensation model. Pay rates are tailored to reflect differences in operating environments and job requirements. Compensation is influenced by many factors including compensation principles or approach for a role or job function organizational tenure experience qualifications or premium skills external competitiveness internal comparability geography and work performance. Pay range for this position is $34.20 $46.40/hour.
