Were looking for an amazing Business Intelligence Report Developer to fill this role. This is a hybrid inoffice role. Youll work in person at our Miami Office Tuesday to Thursday each week. Youll be responsible for playing a crucial role in transforming complex data into reports supporting our core clients. Your expertise will enable our organization to obtain timely operational information make datadriven decisions and gain valuable insights. Youll spend most of your time in handson taskoriented report development referencing report requirements position meets frequently with business owners to discuss needs and effectively communicate technical solutions at a business level.

Responsibilities
- Design build deploy and maintain BI solutions (adhoc reports scorecards dashboards automated reports and more) using a variety of reporting platforms including PowerBI (with DAX) SQL and Excel.
- Possess highlevel subject matter expertise for data modelling data sourcing data quality and BI delivery solutions.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting.
- Work to improve the BI development lifecycle.
- Partner in requirements gathering from nontechnical business personnel.
- Approach challenges with a cando spirit analytical mind and problemsolving skills.
- Must be able to work independently collaboratively and willing to work on additional duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications and effective reports.
- Support and uphold our Culture Essentials
- Other duties assigned as needed within the scope of this position.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics Data Science or equivalentcombination of education and/or experience. Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years experience with SQL PowerBI and Excel.
- Minimum 35 years Business Analysis experience
- Expertlevel knowledge of Power BI including data modelling DAX formulas and custom visualizations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Tableau and SSRS experience are a nice to haves but not required. Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint integrations is a plus but not required.
- Expertise in the design development and formatting of tabular reports charts graphs and dashboards with drilldown capability.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
- Detailoriented thinker exhibiting strong analytical and creative problemsolving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with a minimal amount of direction while being proactive in keeping their management informed of project related issues
- Familiarity with iterative development and Agile Scrum practices
- Experience with supporting testing phases with users
- Experience with version control
- Experience with data governance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word PowerPoint Outlook Teams OneNote
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrates confidentiality and strong organizational skills with attention to detail and followthrough.

- Base Salary Range: $86500 to $116800. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates qualifications and experience uniquely.
