Job Description
Overview
As aRetail Store Manager at HEYDUDEyou will play a pivotal role in providing valuable experiences and worldclass service to our consumers every day. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing all opening and closing procedures educating team members on products and promotions and driving daily sales targets to achieve company goals and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside some of the industrys finest teammates and partners.
What Youll Do
- Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using ourV.I.B.E.Sservice model.
- Leads the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales and consumer service.
- Apply analytical thinking & company reporting to find opportunities within the store empowering the team to make strategic decisions.
- Lead visual presentation product flow replenishment and operational standards throughout the store.
- Build Foster a welcoming inclusive environment that engages promotes internal growth and builds an external network of talent.
- Coordinate delegate prioritize and meet store deadlines while ensuring effective followup on daily activities.
- Contribute to crafting a team environment that encourages sharing of suggestions ideas and concerns.
- Learn & assist in various departments including consumer service product knowledge visual presentation and stock room management.
- Support team members in the daily of retail operations i.e. POS system management and use stock replenishment assisting in pricing and markdown processes seasonally promoting loyalty programs maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards etc.
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures including shortage prevention inventory control and compliance procedures.
What Youll Bring to the Table
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 4 years of total retail experience preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge empower and drive team results.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to successfully connect with store team members operations managers district managers and corporate partners.
- A valid drivers license and clean driving record may be required.
- Desire to succeed in a highgrowth fastpaced retail environment.
- Flexibility in work schedule including availability for nights weekends holidays and extended hours.

- Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor daily
- Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks daily
- Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance daily
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store daily
- Ability to also be required to stand walk kneel or balance for a duration of time daily
- Ability to read instructions reports and information on computer/register screens and to key information into the computer on a daily basisydu
