Job Description
This role presents a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up offering creative latitude to design new processes identify necessary team support and develop artifacts that guide testing and learning. A critical component of this work will be leveraging consumer and market insightsanalyzing consumer behavior competitive benchmarking and industry trendsto inform strategic decisionmaking. Key deliverables will focus on (but are not limited to):
- Business Reviews & Executive Reporting:Establish a scalable repeatable framework for organizational business reviews and Csuite Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs). This framework will distill complex performance data into actionable strategies that shape financial and strategic decisionmaking within the shoppable streaming ecosystem. Key responsibilities include translating revenue forecasts into key check points defining performance review cadences and crafting a standardized approach for strategic financial storytelling to ensure alignment across content commerce and corporate financial objectives. This work is critical in driving financially sound scalable and strategically aligned business decisions.
- Monetization Strategy & :Lead the development and of monetization strategies that seamlessly integrate content and commerce. This role requires both strategic vision and handson across ad monetization merchandise commercialization and customer engagement. The immediate priority is optimizing merchandise commercialization for nearterm impact while evaluating opportunities to establish a retail media network.
- Pricing Promotions & Claims Strategy:Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current pricing promotions and claims landscape to develop a strategic roadmap for implementation. This includes identifying opportunities for promotions (e.g. coupons gamification and other engagement levers) that drive both short and longterm monetization. The scope includes delivering a strategic roadmap for pricing and claims along with both a strategic and plan for promotional initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 10 Years of retail exposure deep background in planning roles (content and/or merchandising) and driving commercial outcomes.
- Strong ownership and program management skills to influence cross functional team to execute the vision.
- Experience crafting growth strategies and iterating reacting to data to build a sustainable ecosystem
- Education: Business Bachelors with deep content and/or merchandise planning experience. MBA is a plus.
