Our Data Team is at the forefront of driving transformation empowering every department to unlock the full potential of data.
As the Head of Data youll have the unique opportunity to influence and shape the AI strategy across the entire company. You will guide our teams to push the boundaries of whats possible with AI making an impact at every level of the business.
What You will be doing
Lead with Vision: Be a handson leader who not only sets the strategic data direction but actively contributes to projects from ideation to . Inspire innovation and excellence balancing strategic with technical involvement.
Build the Future of Payment Products: Work closely with crossfunctional teams in product engineering GTM and finance to drive datadriven insights and decisions that fuel the growth and evolution of our products. Youll have the chance to create and enhance AIpowered products that shape the future of payments platforms.
Architect for Scale:Spearhead the creation of scalable and robust data systems for storing processing and analyzing vast amounts of structured and unstructured data. Youll ensure that our data architecture is ready to meet the demands of tomorrow.
Own the Data Journey: Lead the endtoend data lifecycle from acquisition to visualization ensuring that data flows seamlessly and insights are delivered with clarity and impact. Your work will empower every department with the data they need to make strategic decisions.
Drive Innovation: Lead and inspire teams to apply advanced techniques including machine learning deep learning and predictive analytics to solve complex business challenges and drive continuous innovation in our products.
Mentor & Build Exceptional Teams: Build and guide highperforming teams of data engineers data scientists and analysts. Youll be a mentor fostering a culture of excellence and helping the next generation of leaders thrive.
Youll be great for this role if
You have 10 years of experience in data science analytics data engineering AI and leadership including seniorlevel roles such as Head of Data VP or similar.
You have a proven track record of leading highperformance teams in data science AI and engineering and have successfully built scalable platforms.
You are a strategic visionary with handson experience in data architecture and advanced analytics capable of translating business needs into innovative solutions.
You are proficient with data analytics tools (e.g. SQL Python R) and business intelligence platforms (e.g. GoodData Tableau Power BI).
You are knowledgeable about large language models (LLM) prompt engineering and retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) and are eager to explore their potential applications in the payments space.
You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical teams.
You have an insatiable curiosity always looking for new ways to challenge the status quo innovate and improve existing systems.
You are proactive taking initiative to anticipate business needs and drive AI solutions that create real value for the organization and our customers.
