We develop and manufacture many different lasers on site as well as manufacturing lasers developed in other Coherent divisions.
Coherent Scotland is based at the West of Scotland Science Park in Glasgow and is a subsidiary of Coherent Corp. a global leader in the manufacture of materials networking equipment and laser products.We are housed in a purposebuilt facility with research and development manufacturing and marketing all on one site.

About the role
As a Quality Engineer reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer you will become an integral part of the quality team. Working within the operations environment your role will involve management of daytoday issues as well as facilitating communication coordination and knowledge sharing of systemic issues with crossfunctional teams.
Your primary objective is to drive and maintain adherence to quality standards and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
