We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Congress Intern to join our dynamic ENA Sales Congress team for a 3month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in event planning sales strategies and client relationship management within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities :
Support the sales team in preparing presentations reports and sales materials.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Assist in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event operations.
Participate in meetings and take minutes as required.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management Business Marketing or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Previous internship or work experience in event planning or sales is an asset.
Additional Information :
The position will be located in Paris (Issy Les Moulineaux) training for 3 MONTHS/beginning 5th May 2025.
