Job Description
- In this position you will continuously develop concepts processes and IT applications for the SAP HCM application landscape specializing in the German SAP payroll module.
- Furthermore you will be responsible for resolving incidents and change requests primarily focusing on the SAP HCM PY area.
- You will act as a technical consultant for SAP interfaces including IDOC and RFC.
- In addition you will collaborate with German customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Also you will also work closely with geographically distributed IT teams across Europe the Americas and AsiaPacific.
- Lastly you will ensure seamless communication and cooperation between internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective solutions.
Qualifications :
- Education: completed university studies in business informatics or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR processes; Ability to read and debug ABAP code is beneficial
- Personality and Working Practice: your confident appearance distinguishes you you have a very good selforganization you see yourself as a team player; your customer and solutionoriented nature complements your overall profile
- Enthusiasm: you enjoy working in distributed teams of customers consultants and in international teams of software developers and external service providers.
- Languages: fluent written and spoken German and English
*In accordance with our regulations the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive of job requirements. In addition there is an individual performancerelated pay a bonus based on the companys success as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
