Looking for an organized detailedoriented individual to assist VP of Financial Operations with contract management and financial planning responsibilities.
As Financial Analyst you will have following key responsibilities:
Order entry for invoicing of clients through company CRM interface system. (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics)
Allocate revenue for each product based on contract
Allocate invoice for tax calculation based on deliverables to client
Manage the invoice instructions provided to the AR department and coordinate with AR team for collection
Generate standard and adhoc reports from CRM system SAP and PowerBI
Order entry for contract entitlement and product delivery
Update contract entitlement system based on contracts
Coordinate with third party delivery systems regarding client entitlement
Update client status
Assist with contract management and financial planning
Update/maintain reports for contract renewals hold status and financial planning and analysis
Update/maintain financial revenue reports by product
Serve as backup for contract process
Financial Analyst should have the following skills qualifications and experience:
Accounting and finance experience
Basic understanding of financial terms
Experience with sales tax as it relates to client billings
Be able to understand financial terms in a legal agreement
Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems
Microsoft Office knowledge
Ability to work independently
SAP experience is a plus
Additional Information :
This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $73000 $110000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a salesbased incentive or performancebased bonus.
