What we need:
Mohawk is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can do More with Mohawk.
What youll do:
- Assist in the development and implementation of all marketing and merchandising materials as well as researching additional data for sales/marketing personnel.
- Coordinate project workflow: assist in the development of schedules and track through various marketing/sampling departments and customer base.
- Maintain a competitive product analysis with current information gathered to inform the Product Manager of any additions deletions or suspected inadequacies.
- Develop communication materials for marketing initiatives internally and externally and provide support for trade shows and sales/marketing meetings.
- Ensure all information on internal and external websites is current.
- Assist in developing conducting and analyzing results of research projects involving specific products and/or general market conditions.
- Provides product feedback and customer comments to marketing teams.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
What you have:
- Fouryear degree in business marketing or related field required with two plus years of jobspecific work experience.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and business operating procedures desired. Experience in planning project management and reporting is essential.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following areas: Excel Word PowerPoint DIVER SFA and business writing concepts and techniques.
- A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career

- Working Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the organization as well as those with whom the company does business.
- Ability to prioritize organize and plan work under ones own initiative.
- Excellent presentation oral written and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management and internal and external business contacts.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Uses pacing techniques to ensure that deadlines and targets are met.
- Ability to work independently with an excellent sense of priority logic and objectivity and to exercise good judgment in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.

- Expect to travel approximately 10 for trade shows customer visitation etc.
