Your Role
As a Customer Service Officer you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create a strong relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands. You will be part of a team that is engaged in a highvolume call center.
The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and onboarding program at the start of your journey with us.
This is a fulltime 38 hours per week position and will require you to work rotating shifts within a monthly roster to accommodate the Centres operational hours which are between 7am and 6pm.

Responsibilities
- Respond to queries and order requests via phone calls and emails within a timely manager
- Manage customer orders and entry deadlines are met
- Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumers enquiry
- Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Be involved in ongoing training and onthejob learning
