Position: Programmer Analyst I
There is an exciting new opportunity at the University of Southern California for a highly motivated candidate who would like to strengthen bioinformatics skills. Working with researchers who led data analysis of large genomic consortia (e.g. TCGA ENCODE PsychENCODE) the Programmer Analyst I will analyze inhouse generated high throughput sequencing epigenomics datasets and integrate multidimensional largescale omics datasets utilizing and building software programs. The Programmer Analyst I will assist on various research projects. The position may require occasional flexible work hours depending on the demands of the protocols and processing timelines.

The hourly rate range for this position is $32.77 $39.79.
