Ansell is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our team in Brussels (BE) or Krakow (PL).
In this position you will play a vital role in optimizing pricing strategies through datadriven insights and will work closely with various teams to gather and analyze data identify pricing trends and make recommendations to enhance profitability and competitiveness in the region.

What your role will be
Collaborating with our cross functional teams and reporting to the Pricing Manager EMEAAPAC you will have the opportunity to:
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Enhance pricing impact by managing price renewals and creating tracking tools for adjustments.
- Use statistical models to forecast the impact of pricing strategies on profitability and sales.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement & Commercial Analytics to improve pricing tools and processes.
- Screen data sources ensure data quality and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
- Maintain and optimize floor and target prices.
- Prepare reports and visual presentations of findings.
- Run pricing simulations provide price revision guidance and forecast impacts of pricing decisions.
- Design pricing dashboards and issue sales reports with customer profitability metrics.
What will you bring to Ansell
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with B2B multinational environment
- Skilled in statistical analysis and data visualization (e.g. advanced Excel Power BI); SQL Python R SPSS and Qlik are a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Salesforce).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for large data sets.
- Detailoriented with accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Good understanding of pricing strategies and methodologies.
- Focused on results and deliverables.
- Proactive team player with a customeroriented approach.
- Strong communication skills able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken) any other European language is an asset
