Qualifications:
Covid Vaccine
1 Year Minimum Experience in a facilitybased position in a occupational medicine setting
BLS/CPR
PPD within one year
Active LPN License
Must be able to lift at least 50 miles or more without Restrictions
Must be able to stand and walk for long hours without Restrictions
Must be able to lift and bend without Restrictions
