Job Description
Job Summary:
Destiny Healthcare Services is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Aide to join our team in Chicago Illinois. As a Home Care Aide you will provide essential personal care services and companionship to clients in their homes. This is a fulltime individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour. This role is vital in helping our clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Compensation and Benefits:
This is a fulltime position with a salary of $18.00 per hour.
Employees are paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
Prepare and serve meals to clients according to their dietary needs.
Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration as directed by a healthcare professional.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and changing bed linens.
Accompany clients on errands and appointments as needed.
Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients.
Report any changes in a clients condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care activities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Previous experience as a Home Care Aide or similar role is preferred but not required.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Must undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have a genuine desire to help others and a compassionate demeanor.
