Job Description
We are recruiting for Minimix Class 2 concrete drivers. Working Monday to Friday out of a busy depot in Shettletston Glasgow
IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
NB BEFORE APPLYING FOR THE BELOW POST YOU WILL NEED THE QUALIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW
Contract driver mandatory requirements MPQC & SUD. An induction cannot go ahead without evidence of an MPQC online courses are available. If the driver has an expired MPQC an induction can be completed with a booking confirmation for new course.
Tasks and duties will include:
- Delivering batching and pouring concrete
- Operating mixer
- Loading mixer with loading shovel
- Carrying out routine vehicle checks
- Making sure that the load is correctly secured by use of an easy sheet
- Issuing receipts
- Customer service
To successfully secure this opportunity you must:
- Have held an HGV Class 2 licence for at least one year
- Have a digitaltacho card and driver CPC
- Be reliable punctual and selfmotivated
- Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Be capable and confident in your ability
- Have a good geographical knowledge of our operating area
Salary 33000 plus bonus
3 month Temp to Perm
