In this vital role you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities and guide them in managing the physical mental emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:
- Licensed or registered in the state of practice as required by state regulations.
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice
- Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) required
- Full vaccination against COVID19 or a medical/religious exemption is required. Teammates with a medical/religious exemption may need to submit to weekly COVID19 testing.
You might also have (a.k.a. nicetohaves):
- Two years of experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
- Basic computer skills in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

Salary/ Wage Range
$71000 $113000 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
