Job Description
Diehl Automotive is growing and expanding! We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor at Volkswagen of Butler. Customer service data entry writing estimates and working as a team with the technicians and other advisors will be primary the responsibilities. Prior experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

As a Service Advisor you will:
- Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle documenting any and all concerns to the repair order
- Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications
- Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts
- Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle
- Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company of repairs that need to be completed
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns appointments and follow up with customers on work in progress
- Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- DMS experience (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Time management skills
- Commitment to 100 customer satisfaction
- Have basic computer skills to include typing and Microsoft Excel
- Be organized professional and courteous
