About the Division:
Our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division leads largescale projects across the energy sector. We design and manage extensive transmission lines for major energy providers utilizing the latest design software to deliver cuttingedge solutions. If youre passionate about advancing power grid infrastructure youll fit right in!
What Youll Do
As a Senior Civil Engineer youll take the lead on complex largescale power grid projects for top energy clients across the country. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team youll develop innovative solutions while ensuring the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure.
In this role youll:
- Collaborate with our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division on major power grid projects.
- Use the latest design software to deliver highquality results.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of engineers and designers.
- Manage multiple projects ensuring timelines and standards are met.

Who You Are
Were looking for someone with a mix of experience technical skills and leadership potential. Ideal candidates will have:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ABETaccredited).
- Preferred Licensure: PE License (Civil or Electrical specialty preferred).
- Technical Skills: PLSCADD proficiency and a strong understanding of Power Engineering principles.
- Experience: Background in engineering design or drafting within a utility or engineering firm. Familiarity with SDG&E projects is a plus!
- Leadership Potential: Strong initiative problemsolving skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects while mentoring junior staff.
