Job Summary:
The Marketing Project Manager will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to manage and oversee marketing projects and initiatives. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who manages multiple projects communicates effectively with stakeholders and ensures timely and efficient project .
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan execute and monitor marketing projects and campaigns. Set project goals timelines and budgets while ensuring successful completion.
- Team Coordination: Delegate tasks coordinate team efforts and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- DecisionMaking: Make informed choices about strategies resource allocation and budget adjustments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaison between internal teams and stakeholders providing regular updates and gathering necessary information.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic development of marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Task Monitoring: Use project management tools like Monday to oversee incoming marketing requests ensure their completeness and manage task assignments.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Director and stakeholders ensuring transparency and progress tracking.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel) and project management software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Assertive personable and adaptable with a strong ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- General Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting frequent use of hands for typing and handling materials and regular communication via phone and email.
