Whatyou wouldbe doing:
As theAfternoonNurseSupervisoryou will use yourknowledgeand experienceto:set cultureandprovideleadership and oversighttofacility personnel;toconductassessmentsplanninginterventionsand evaluationsleadingtopositive outcomes; and to fulfillcharge nurse assignments if neededin addition to supervisory responsibility.
Whatyourwork schedulewould be:
Choose either an eight 8or a twelve 12hourshift with alternating weekends.
Thesuccessfulcandidate:
must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) preferred or licensed practical nurse (LPN).CurrentCPRcertificationis desired.
hasa minimumoftwo yearsofnursingexperiencein long term care preferably with management experience.
has a thoroughunderstanding of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilitiesand how to apply them in planning problem solving and directing your team
bringsexcellent assessment planning organizationcommunication team buildingand interpersonal skills with an understanding ofpersoncenteredcare.
has the ability towork flexible shiftsincluding weekends holidays and off shifts.
