Job Description

Whatyou wouldbe doing:

As theAfternoonNurseSupervisoryou will use yourknowledgeand experienceto:set cultureandprovideleadership and oversighttofacility personnel;toconductassessmentsplanninginterventionsand evaluationsleadingtopositive outcomes; and to fulfillcharge nurse assignments if neededin addition to supervisory responsibility.

Whatyourwork schedulewould be:

Choose either an eight 8or a twelve 12hourshift with alternating weekends.

Thesuccessfulcandidate:

  • must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) preferred or licensed practical nurse (LPN).CurrentCPRcertificationis desired.

  • hasa minimumoftwo yearsofnursingexperiencein long term care preferably with management experience.

  • has a thoroughunderstanding of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilitiesand how to apply them in planning problem solving and directing your team

  • bringsexcellent assessment planning organizationcommunication team buildingand interpersonal skills with an understanding ofpersoncenteredcare.

  • has the ability towork flexible shiftsincluding weekends holidays and off shifts.
