KAYAK is seeking a driven and strategic Associate Account Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and growing our key airline partnerships within the Flight vertical! This role is wellsuited for someone with a deep curiosity about the air travel industry and its interconnected role in the broader travel ecosystem. Strong analytical expertise and polished interpersonal skills are essential as this position involves high levels of external engagement and crossfunctional collaboration.

In this role you will:

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with our airline partners by acting as the primary point of contact addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Lead performance analysis and proactively identify growth opportunities tailored to partner needs and market trends to drive optimised outcomes for both partners and internal collaborators.
  • Develop and execute account strategies focusing on driving revenue growth and on delivering outstanding user experiences.
  • Foster a close internal collaboration across the organisation partnering closely with commercial engineering finance and product teams to set goals and deliver results.
  • Act as a trusted adviser across airline accounts managing reporting tracking billing operations and optimisations with precision and insight.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in the airline industry and monitor the competitive landscape to craft and execute innovative ways to improve the companys market position.

Please apply if you have:

  • 3 years of meaningful experience travel/airline industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in account management or a related customerfacing role.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with a high attention to detail.
  • A selfstarter with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and very strong presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage projects of varying size simultaneously while prioritising appropriately.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal technical teams and interact with senior members of KAYAK leadership across globally located offices.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Travel required.
