Job Description
As a Independent Maintenance Technician and ServiceMaster Service Partner you will support a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients.
Independent Contractor Requirements:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of janitorial equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide onsite repairs at various locations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work.
- Source and replace parts as necessary.
- Must be able to repair the following equipment for consideration:
- Floor scrubbers
- Vacuums
- Buffer machines
- Burnisher machines
- Portable carpet extractors
- Constant (up to 100 standing walking pushing kneeling twisting reaching.
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 55lbs.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a maintenance technician.
- Fast and efficient turnaround time required.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Dependable
- Proven experience in repairing janitorial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Own tools and equipment for repairs.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites.
