Job Description
Location: Mining North West
Position Summary:
Hire Resolves Mining Client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mine Overseer Shaft to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a mine shaft within the mining industry in the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of miners ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maximizing production output.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance to ensure adherence to production targets
- Ensure legal compliance with regards to all operations within the services shaft barrel
- Investigate incidents and property damage
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency
- Blasting Certificate
- 10 years experience in Shaft Logistics and operations
Benefits:
- Salary: R12m R15m CTC
