Job Description

Job Title: Mine Overseer Shaft

Location: Mining North West

Position Summary:
Hire Resolves Mining Client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mine Overseer Shaft to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a mine shaft within the mining industry in the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of miners ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maximizing production output.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance to ensure adherence to production targets
  • Ensure legal compliance with regards to all operations within the services shaft barrel
  • Investigate incidents and property damage
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency
  • Blasting Certificate
  • 10 years experience in Shaft Logistics and operations

Benefits:

  • Salary: R12m R15m CTC
