Installation Manager
Closets by Design is a well established and growing custom closet and home organizing company. We are currently looking to add an Installation Manager. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and is able to multitask.
Job Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position ofInstallation Manager. The ideal candidate will be ahandsonleader who will effectively deliver a high quality product that is produced costeffectively efficiently and ontime with the highest positive impact to the financial bottom line. The primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Job Requirements
- Manage all aspects of the installation department.
- Monitor all Installation staff for Quality of Work and Company Protocols are met.
- Provide initial training and continuously develop installation staff.
- Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish.
- Interact with customers designers and the production department.
- Troubleshoot with Installers as necessary each day.
- Sign off on all paperwork and jobs at the end of each day.
- Identify all outstanding issues for jobs each day and complete all Service Reports.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should have 24 years of experience in product installation (which may include home improvement/building maintenance appliance repair/installation kitchen/bathroom installation as well as other closet/cabinet experience).
- Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills from prior work experience.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to multitask and be highly organized.
- Skillful management ability to manage and develop people.
- Good communication skills.
