Description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare service to the Tennessee Department of Correction.

We are currently seeking aper diemPhlebotomist to join our team at theBledsoe County Correctional Complex located inPikeville Tennessee.

The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood checking vital signs finger stick blood sugars and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.

Pay is $22 per hour.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Current Phlebotomist certification with verifiable formal training and onthejob experience as aPhlebotomist is required
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license preferred
Must be appropriately and actively certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Corrections experience preferred
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
