- Successful prior track record or experience with the following: Carpentry Craftsman Tiling Painting and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical
- Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience strongly preferred
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
- Own truck van and set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Current and valid drivers license
- Residence within 40 miles of the city of Trussville
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to analyze a problem independently with strong problemsolving skills to determine a prompt solution
- Prepare estimate on repairs along with timeline and budge to present to customer in a professional manner
- Conduct repairs or complete projects in the trades of carpentry titling drywall plumbing and electrical work and other handyman work
- Ability to effectively communicate with other craftsmans homeowners suppliers property managers commercial customers and Ace Handyman Management regarding projects timelines and budgets
- Must be able to manage project from start to finish and complete within estimate and/or budget
- Must produce quality Craftsmanship that delivers 100 customer satisfaction
