Job Description

Job Title: Dialysis Technician
Location: Temple TX
Pay Range: $23 to $33 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Fulltime 36 hours per week variable shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment including setting up operating and cleaning machines.
- Monitor patients before during and after dialysis treatment checking vital signs and ensuring patient comfort.
- Administer local anesthetics and insert needles into patients veins for dialysis access.
- Troubleshoot dialysis machines and respond to alarms or malfunctions promptly.
- Educate patients on dialysis procedures and posttreatment care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment.
- Collaborate with nurses doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide highquality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Dialysis Technician preferred; however onthejob training is provided for the right candidate.
- Certification: Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
