Job Description
Glenview Luxury Imports is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois. As a trusted name in the industry we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations from sales and service to customer satisfaction and community engagement. Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for experienced professional and motivated individuals to join our team! Ideal candidates will have superior customer service skills excellent communication skills and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fastpaced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult and interpret customer needs for the technicians
- Utilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive sales
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
- Understand customers problems and arrange for appropriate service
- Prioritize required services and offer options
- Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and technicians
- Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred.
- CDK proficiency preferred
- Exemplary customer service skills and sales skills are a must
- Phenomenal followup skills
- Able to work in a high volume environment and multitask
- High energy and positive attitude
- Professional personal appearance
- Time management skills needed
- Must be organized
