Job Description
Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Job Summary: As a Quality Control Inspector you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products with established standards and specifications. You will conduct inspections tests and audits throughout the production process to identify and address any issues that may affect product quality. This position requires strong attention to detail technical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials components and finished products
- Perform functional tests and quality checks according to established procedures and specifications
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and document nonconformities and take corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of inspections test results and quality metrics
- Communicate quality issues and recommendations to production and management teams
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
