Job Description

Seeking a highcaliber Project Director who will be responsible for leading a largescale strategic project for our organization. In addition to the requirements specified in the request for proposals the candidate must demonstrate experience in managing integrated system projects (Oracle Fusion) within an organization equivalent to the entire headquarters and establishments IMPORTANT: We are not looking for a project manager profile terms of personal qualities the candidate must demonstrate the ability to be proactive in anticipating issues and seeking solutions adaptability to complex and constantly evolving environments and the ability to work under pressure while managing several projects under their responsibility. Strong communication skills are essential.The Project Director will be supported by a project manager for the delivery of projects under their responsibility.1. Project Management Practices: Ensure the application of best project management practices and their integration into the various project workstreams.2. Resource Management: Coordinate human financial and material resources to maximize project efficiency and performance. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.3. Project Activity Monitoring and Control: Manage the project plan monitor progress ensure compliance with deadlines milestones and budget and adjust plans as needed.4. Supplier Relationship Management: Regularly communicate with the project management team of the integrator to ensure alignment of expectations deliverables priorities and project activities.5. Governance Committees Management: Coordinate the preparation of project health status reports to be presented to various committees (management committee steering committee and executive committee). Ensure the quality of information presented to the different committees.6. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential issues and risks assess their impact and develop strategies to resolve problems and mitigate risks.7. Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure their expectations are considered and they are informed of project progress. Ensure the integration of showcases and deliveries as mobilization progresses.8. DecisionMaking Process Management: Establish a decisionmaking prioritization mechanism and follow the progress of decisionmaking with the respective functional teams.
