Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Early Childhood Educator in Leichhardt
Save Our Service is a recruitment agency working with a fantastic childcare centre in Leichhardt offering a nurturing and supportive environment for both educators and children. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join their team at this small welcoming 32place service.
About the Centre: This small service prides itself on fostering strong connections within the community and providing a highquality educational experience for the children. With a focus on individual attention and care the centre offers a homelike environment where children thrive and educators can work closely with them.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to support the growth and development of the children at this wonderful centre. You will be part of a friendly team working to create a positive and enriching learning experience for all children in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Promoting a safe nurturing and engaging environment for children
Building strong relationships with children families and the wider community
Supporting the development and learning of children across all age groups
Collaborating with other educators to ensure the best outcomes for the children
Essential Qualifications:
Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Working with Children Check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their learning and development
