Establish and maintain bestinclass UX/UI customer experience and engagement strategies
Manage product P&L budgets and resource allocation to optimize company success
Act as a publicfacing thought leader representing the companys product vision at events press interviews and investor meetings
Common Qualifications
While each startup has its own hiring criteria many Chief Product Officer roles in our network look for:
12 years of experience in product management with 5 years leading product teams at scale
Proven track record of scaling product organizations and launching successful marketdefining products
Experience leading multiproduct portfolios in highgrowth startup environments
Deep expertise in B2B SaaS AI fintech marketplaces or developer tools
Ability to balance strategic vision with handson in dynamic fastmoving industries
