BS degree or higher in Computer Engineering Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a concentration in computers
(P1 Familiarity with developing software applications in both Windows and Unix/Linux environments
(P1 Familiarity with taking highlevel abstract concepts to implementation in C/C
(P2 Three years of demonstrated experience developing software applications in both Windows and Unix/Linux environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills for the purpose of contributing to the needs of the consortium
Ability to be selfmotivated and selftasking will often need to autonomously define the next steps as the team advances the OSA Standard
Due to the nature of this position US Citizenship is required.
Knowledge of one or more of the following standards: FACE OMS SOSA STANAG REDHAWK MORA VITA and OpenVPX
Knowledge in one or more of the following five sensor types: RADAR EO/IR SIGINT COMMS and EW
Currently active US SECRET (or higher) clearance
(P2 MS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Specific to Software Working Group:
Algorithm development in C/C
Knowledge of data communication concepts such as message interaction (e.g. publishsubscribe requestresponse) and message transport services
Experience developing input/output interfaces for software modules
Experience with ICD/SDK development for sensors of five different sensor types: RADAR EO/IR SIGINT COMMS and EW
Experience performing architecture validation and verification
Specific to Architecture Working Group:
Knowledgeable of Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) concepts and architecture tools such as Enterprise Architect Rhapsody or Magic Draw
Data modeling using UML and SYSML
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in formal software development
