Description of the Role:
Mile High HarleyDavidson of Parker is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team. As the Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the service department ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for motorcycles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the service department including scheduling dispatching staffing and training
- Ensure highquality customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor service operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall dealership operations
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of motorcycles
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a service management role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of motorcycles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
