Job Overview
We are looking for an Office CoOrdinator to join our team at GoStudyFree a leading overseas education consulting company based in New Delhi India. As an Office CoOrdinator you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operations of our office. This is a midlevel position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Faridabad Haryana India. The employment type for this role is hybrid allowing for both remote and inoffice work.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Office CoOrdinator or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent work coordination and organizational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as managing calendars scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office
- Handle daytoday office responsibilities such as managing calendars scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Manage office supplies equipment and facilities ensuring they are wellmaintained and stocked
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls emails and mail
- Maintain and update office records databases and filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and other business documents
- Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Calendar & travel management of Directors
- Coordination with internal staff and external stakeholders for critical tasks completion
- Followup with international Universities for partnership contracts & payments
- Assisting Directors in Business development
Salary: Upto 500000 per annum
