Your Mission
As Operations Manager Ecommerce you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daytoday operations from order processing to lastmile delivery. You will play a critical role in optimizing logistics payments and risk management processes ensuring a smooth and secure shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payments logistics and fulfilment to ensure smooth integration and operations.
- Monitor fraud risk and payment analytics implementing proactive measures to prevent revenue loss.
- Develop reporting tools to track warehouse performance demand planning and inventory forecasting.
- Oversee testing and implementation of eCommerce platform updates ensuring crossdevice functionality.
- Collaborate with Customer Service teams to address consumer pain points and improve service.
YOUR TALENT
What You Bring
Were looking for a strategic problem solver with a strong background in eCommerce operations. You should be comfortable navigating complex digital ecosystems driving efficiencies and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your MustHaves
- Three or more years of handson eCommerce experience (multichannel retail is a bonus).
- One to three years of experience with payment processing risk management and hightransaction platforms.
- Project management skills experience with system upgrades integrations and vendor management.
- Datadriven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
