Please note that the following summary provides an overview of the P&G Dayton Fulfillment Centers expectations for technicians:
Operations Schedule: This site operates continuously 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Scope of Work:This role requires to work in a warehousing environment occasionally lifting boxes that weigh 50lbs. This role requires at least two years of experience in leadership or training. Leadership experience does not need to be in warehouse or manufacturing.
Work Schedule:Technicians are usually scheduled to work Monday may bescheduled to work any day of the week including weekends or holidayswhen necessary.
Work Hours: Technicians aretraditionallyexpected to work 8.5 hours per day.
We have two shift options; shifts are assigned depending on business need. We cannot guarantee your preference of shift is what you will be assigned.
Shifts currently available:
Second shift 2:00pm11:00pm
Third shift 10:00pm7:00am
Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the site to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. The hours of work can vary from 8 to 12 hours daily. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate to any shift.
Flexibility: Techniciansmaywork rotating shifts.Technicians need to be on time and ready to work each day.
Overtime: Overtimemay be required on weekends and/or holidays.
P&G the company behind some of your favorite brands like Tide Charmin and Pampers is currently hiring at our Dayton warehouse for Production Line Technicians. Our Dayton warehouse is located 1 mile west of the Dayton International Airportin Union OH.
As a Fulfillment Center Technician at P&G you will be responsible for leading a production line with a keen eye for detail. With onthejob training you will learn and familiarize yourself with core warehousing technologies and systems. Leading a production line is a critical role at P&G because you are responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity needed to meet the needs of our customers and consumers. Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have 2 years of leadership or training experience
