Responsibilities
The Human Capital Consultant is responsible for supporting their assigned NeoSystems clients by:
Interviewing screening and recruiting job applicants to fill open positions
Reviewing applications and interviewing applicants to match experience with specific job related requirements.
Conducting new hire orientation.
Serving as a resource to employees and managers on company policy and HR regulations.
Conducting exit interviews
Responding to employee relation issues
Working with benefits vendors to resolve employee issues
Auditing payroll to ensure gross wages and deductions are accurate
Assisting employees and managers with performance related discussions as needed
Collaborating with other HC team members on larger HR projects
Performing other workrelated duties as assigned
Basic Requirements
Bachelors degree Human Capital Management or a related field
58 years experience across broad spectrum of Human Capital Management including Benefits Administration
Experience complying with Government Contractor compliance standards.
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain effective relationship with clients
Effective communicator both in written and verbal form
Ability to effectively mentor management through wide variety of HR challenges
Ability to use sound judgment in making recommendations to managers and employees
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to manage HCM projects
Background in employment law and other government compliance regulations
Experience with HRIS and other required software such as MS Office
Local candidates only relocation will not be provided
Successful completion of thirdparty background investigation and credit check
Preferred Requirements
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Experience with UltiPro preferred
