The position can be filled in full or part time.

Summary

We are looking for a Junior Manager Industrial Participation and Offset (f/m/d) for the Offset Management department at the Taufkirchen or Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Industrial Participation and Offset Management department is responsible for defining and implementing companywide offset solutions to enable HENSOLDTs international growth. The position reports directly to the Head of Industrial Participation and Offset with companywide responsibility for the division.

Your Tasks

  • Organization and of offset tasks for the assigned area within the framework of the offset strategy taking into account the relevant operational and strategic objectives

  • Preparation of offset offers with operational planning for the implementation of offset activities as well as the preparation of relevant documents up to final offset crediting

  • Implementation of salessupporting offset activities in accordance with the commercial objectives of the business unit concerned

  • Participation in contract negotiations (in coordination with the legal and commercial disciplines)

  • Preparation of offset reports to ensure recognition by offset authorities in cooperation with purchasing and international suppliers

  • Organization of offset trainings with proposal and project teams

  • Interface to HENSOLDT customers and offset authorities for selected offers and projects

Willingness for occasional business trips is required.

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration or a technical degree with a focus on business administration or a comparable degree

  • Several years of experience in strategy sales or finance

  • First experience in the field of Industrial Participation / Offset advantageous

  • International experience and intercultural competence advantageous

  • Flexibility

  • Strong sense of responsibility and strong communication skills

  • Business fluent in German and English other foreign languages advantageous
