Job Description

A boutique fastpaced extremely busy law firm that specializes in employment law isseekingan experienced attorney local to the area to support the senior attorneys at the firm. The ideal candidate will join a team in providing strategies and in some cases defend employers against employee complaints. We offer a very relaxed office atmosphere with a casual dresscode and a low billable hour requirement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3years experiencein Civil Litigation
  • Employment law experience is a plus
  • Must be proficient in Cloud as everything is paperless and have some Excel training
  • Pro Law systems class action and PAGA knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in running and defending depositions
  • Salary plus bonuses and raises

Work environment:
  • Fastpaced and very busy. Positive and energetic work environment
  • Casual dress
  • Approximately 20 people in office
  • Fully vaccinated preferred masks throughout office unless your office door is closed
