Qualifications
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. 35 years work experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
2. Graduate of a University/Program with a Doctorate Degree of Medicine or Osteopathic MD or DO
3. Current California Medical License MD or DO
4. Unrestricted Current DEA Registration
5. Current California Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate of Registration
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $230000$270000 on an annualized basis based on experience. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
