OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data identifying trends and providing insights to support project management and decisionmaking processes. This role requires strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of data analysis within the healthcare software industry.
- Conduct thorough analysis of data related to project management and healthcare
software - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements specific
to project management - Develop and present detailed data reports dashboards and visualizations to drive
operational excellence - Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure accurate data collection and
analysis - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of datadriven solutions and make
necessary adjustments - Prepare and deliver reports presentations and documentation to stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on data analysis tools and processes
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Information Technology Computer Science or a
related field - Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within the healthcare
software industry - Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. SQL Python R Tableau)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters degree in Data Science Information Technology or a related field
- Experience with project management methodologies
- PMP certification
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Lucidchart experience
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a tech and healthcare
environment
