Job Overview

QUBA is seeking a diligent Field Service Technician for a fulltime juniorlevel position. Based in Faridabad and South Delhi the role demands 1 to 2 years of experience. The technician will contribute to service excellence by ensuring the effective repair and installation of kitchen appliances.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in electrical and electronic repair showcasing handson expertise in troubleshooting and servicing kitchen appliances.
  • ITI Electrical certification is required to demonstrate foundational competency in electrical systems.
  • Diploma in Electronics is essential for comprehensive knowledge of electronic appliances and systems.
  • Experience in repair and installation of home appliances ensuring efficient and prompt service to clients.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems in kitchen appliances identifying solutions for immediate or scheduled repair.
  • Must have a strong grasp of Electrical/Electronic principles and applications (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment relevant to home appliance repair and maintenance.
  • Commitment to providing exemplary customer service ensuring client satisfaction with every service call.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite repair and maintenance of various kitchen appliances ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate repair actions for home appliances providing clear explanations to clients.
  • Install and configure new appliances at customer sites ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports documenting work performed and parts replaced for future reference.
  • Manage spare parts inventory ensuring timely availability of necessary components for service requests.
  • Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to address complex repair scenarios and customer concerns effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in home appliance technology and repair techniques.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and service quality contributing to personal growth and professional development.
