QUBA is seeking a diligent Field Service Technician for a fulltime juniorlevel position. Based in Faridabad and South Delhi the role demands 1 to 2 years of experience. The technician will contribute to service excellence by ensuring the effective repair and installation of kitchen appliances.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in electrical and electronic repair showcasing handson expertise in troubleshooting and servicing kitchen appliances.
- ITI Electrical certification is required to demonstrate foundational competency in electrical systems.
- Diploma in Electronics is essential for comprehensive knowledge of electronic appliances and systems.
- Experience in repair and installation of home appliances ensuring efficient and prompt service to clients.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems in kitchen appliances identifying solutions for immediate or scheduled repair.
- Must have a strong grasp of Electrical/Electronic principles and applications (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment relevant to home appliance repair and maintenance.
- Commitment to providing exemplary customer service ensuring client satisfaction with every service call.
Roles and Responsibilities
